Dr. Mai El-Darawy,Ceo of Lavander Life Group, participated in the panel discussion held as part of the Rally Egypt Regional Competition, organized by the Biocluster Incubator and the Rally Society for Entrepreneurship at Capital University, with the participation of a distinguished group of experts and specialists in entrepreneurship and innovation.
The event was held under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ehab Abdel Raouf, Academic Supervisor of the Rally Egypt Program at Capital University and Director of the Technological Incubators Office, as part of the Tetra Helix Mentors Program, which aims to support participating teams and enhance the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship.
During her participation, Dr. Mai El-Darawy emphasized the importance of supporting entrepreneurs and young innovators, highlighting the need to create an integrated environment that brings together academic, industrial, and investment expertise to achieve sustainable development and support startups.
She also highlighted the importance of Mentorship programs and their role in guiding and preparing youth for the job market, stressing the importance of leveraging available resources and previous experiences to build successful career paths capable of growth and continuity in a competitive work environment.
The panel discussion also featured the participation of Eng. Aida Zayed, Fashion and Design Consultant at Fasholava, and Dr. Heba Ashry, where participants discussed the importance of cross-sector collaboration in supporting innovation and empowering youth, in an atmosphere that reflected strong engagement from attendees and a shared emphasis on entrepreneurship culture and professional mentorship
