Lavander Life Exporting Group recently welcomed a delegation from the German media on an official visit to closely explore the inspiring success story behind the group, led by Dr. Mai Eldarawy, the Founder and Chairwoman. Dr. Eldarawy has become a figure of interest in European media not only for her professional success but also for her remarkable journey marked by passion, humanity, and unwavering determination.
During the visit, the German media delegation expressed great interest in Dr. Mai Eldarawy’s exceptional journey, voicing their admiration for how she transformed her simple love for the lavander plant into a fully-fledged business empire extending from Egypt to Europe, under the banner of Lavander Life Empire.
Dr. Eldarawy has been affectionately referred to in both Arab and European media as “Ms. Lavander”, in recognition of her inspiring journey in building the “Lavander Empire”—a unique business that blends export, manufacturing, fashion, and beauty, all with an authentic Egyptian feminine touch.
As part of the visit, the delegation conducted a series of exclusive meetings with the Group’s executive directors and board vice chairs. These sessions highlighted the company’s growth milestones, expansion strategies, and key achievements across European, Gulf, and African markets.
Among the leadership team who took part in these meetings were:

The visit also included a tour of Fasho Lava Fashion & Designing Center, where the delegation observed first-hand the training programs aimed at nurturing young talents in the fields of fashion and design. The delegation praised the initiative as a living example of investing in the new generation and shaping the future through Egyptian creativity.
The tour further extended to Lavander Life’s manufacturing facilities specializing in leather products, where the delegation met with staff and technicians to gain insight into how the company successfully blends authentic Egyptian craftsmanship with the latest industrial technologies.
The visit concluded with a meeting with the young participants of the Y2Lavander Project, a group of promising youth supported by the group to enhance their skills and prepare them for entrepreneurial futures. This initiative aligns with Dr. Mai Eldarawy’s vision of empowering youth and paving the way for a new generation of business leaders.
In her statement, Dr. Mai Eldarawy expressed her pride and gratitude for this visit, which she sees as a reflection of the European media’s appreciation for successful Arab female role models. She affirmed that Lavander Life’s journey will continue to champion the empowerment of Egyptian and Arab women while offering products that reflect Egypt’s spirit with a quality worthy of global markets.
