Believing in the vital social role of working women, the Lavander Life Factory in Mansoura has partnered with Beit El Khayata (“The Sewing House”) to offer training programs for women in the city, with the goal of empowering them and preparing them for careers in sewing and fashion design.

Beit El Khayata is a specialized training center that teaches sewing and fashion design, offering comprehensive programs that include pattern making, tailoring, sewing, and design. The training also equips participants with the skills needed to start small businesses and manage their own projects.
This collaboration targets a wide group of women seeking to acquire hands-on skills, contributing to enhancing job opportunities and employability, and represents an important step in supporting the local community and economically empowering women.
Mr. Mohamed Ajeina, Factory Manager, explained:
“The training initiative underscores Lavander Life Factory’s commitment to supporting the local community by opening the factory doors to women, enabling them to acquire practical skills that help them confidently enter the workforce. We believe that empowering women begins with providing opportunities and building their skills.”
