Dr. Mai Eldarawy,CEO of Lavander Life Group, in collaboration with Dr. Aisha Hassan, Chairwoman of Al Zahwa Foundation, has launched the “Lavander Wellness Circle” initiative, stemming from their strong belief that women’s mental health is a fundamental necessity rather than a luxury.
The initiative aims to provide a safe and genuine space for psychological support, awareness, and shared experiences, allowing every woman the opportunity to express her feelings and speak freely in a supportive environment free from judgment and pressure.
The initiative begins with an event titled “She and the Psychological First Responder”, which is dedicated to supporting and honoring cancer warriors in recognition of their strength and resilience in facing challenges, while highlighting the importance of mental health support throughout treatment and recovery.
Dr. Mai Eldarawy emphasized that the initiative is based on the belief that true strength is not only about endurance, but also about a woman’s ability to choose herself and prioritize her mental well-being and quality of life.
This initiative comes as part of a series of activities dedicated to women, in collaboration with the 100 Million Mental Health Initiative, and includes awareness seminars, workshops, psychological support sessions, and group sharing circles that provide a safe space for open conversation and emotional expression.
