Lavander Life Group welcomed a delegation from the Swiss elea Foundation during a field visit to the company’s factory located within the Mansoura Business Incubator, affiliated with the Egyptian Cabinet, as part of efforts to assess the impact of economic empowerment programs dedicated to women and support development-driven initiatives across Africa and the Middle East.
The delegation included Greta Carioli and Khayalethu Makhubu, representatives of the foundation. The visit aimed to review the tangible outcomes of the training and capacity-building programs implemented by the company, as well as to follow up on the success stories achieved by the women beneficiaries of the project.

During the tour of the factory, the delegation reviewed the different stages of manufacturing high-quality leather, cotton, and linen products, produced by women who were trained from scratch, including housewives, female breadwinners, and cancer survivors and fighters, as part of a specialized training program implemented in cooperation with Beit El Khayata Foundation.
In his statement, Mr. Mohamed Ageena, Factory Manager, emphasized that what the factory is witnessing today is the result of continuous effort and training, as the women have successfully moved from the learning phase to professional production, reflecting the success of the empowerment model adopted by the group within the factory.
He stated:
“We are committed to providing an integrated training and production environment that enables women to acquire real skills qualifying them to compete in the labor market, and to transform training into a final product of high quality that reflects the Lavander Life name.”
